The invention provides a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The perovskite solar cell comprises a transparent substrate arranged in a stacked layer, a negative electrode, a down-conversion luminescent layer, an electron transfer layer, a perovskite layer, a hole transport layer, an up-conversion luminescent layer and a positive electrode, wherein the down-conversion luminescent layer is arranged between the negative electrode and the electron transport layer.
