The invention discloses a system and a method for online detecting ozone concentration. The system comprises a reaction chamber and a peristaltic pump, wherein the peristaltic pump is used for conveying a testing water sample, a reaction agent and air into the reaction chamber; a light source emitter and a detector which are respectively arranged at two sides of the reaction chamber are used for testing the photometric value of the testing water sample and a mixed solution formed after uniformly mixing the testing water sample with the agent, and obtaining the ozone concentration in the testing water sample according to the photometric value. The system for online detecting the ozone concentration, provided by the invention, is simple, the detecting method is simple and easy in operation,the testing is accurate, and the stability is good. 本发明公开了种臭氧浓度在线检测系统及方法，包括反应室、用于输送测试水样、反应用药剂和空气至反应室中的蠕动泵，使用分设于反应室两侧的光源发射器和探测器测试反应室中测试水样、以及测试水样和药剂均匀混合后的混合液的光度值，并根据所述光度值获取测试水样中臭氧浓度；本发明提供的臭氧浓度在线测试系统简单，检测方法简单易操作，测试准确、稳定性好。
