The invention discloses a preparation method of graphene microcapsules. The graphene microcapsules are prepared by modifying graphene by a surface modification mode by selecting a suitable surface dispersant, adding an emulsifier, a reaction promoter, a curing agent, a nitrogen-containing organic compound and a formaldehyde solution and performing in-situ polymerization. The obtained microcapsulesare spherical and uniformly sized.
