Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of graphene microcapsules. The graphene microcapsules are prepared by modifying graphene by a surface modification mode by selecting a suitable surface dispersant, adding an emulsifier, a reaction promoter, a curing agent, a nitrogen-containing organic compound and a formaldehyde solution and performing in-situ polymerization. The obtained microcapsulesare spherical and uniformly sized. The graphene microcapsules synthesized by the preparation method disclosed by the invention are added into a coating and then dispersed to obtain a graphene microcapsule self-repair coating; and when a coating layer is damaged, the microcapsules are broken therewith, and graphene core materials in the capsules flow out to repair a damaged part, so that the coating layer can be self-repaired at normal temperature, the corrosion resistance of the damaged coating layer is improved, and the service life of the coating layer is prolonged.
