The invention provides an SFC message forwarding method. The method comprises step that when any message forwarding node receives a message, the any message forwarding node forwards the message to a next hop of SF node according to preset address information of a next hop of SF node. The invention further discloses an SFC message forwarding device. Through adoption of the SFC message forwarding method and device, the message in an SFC is forwarded for fewer times, message forwarding path is shortened, and service quality of the SFC is improved effectively. 本发明提出了种SFC报文转发方法，包括：当任报文转发节点接收到报文时，所述任报文转发节点根据预设的下跳业务功能SF节点的地址信息，将所述报文转发至所述下跳SF节点。本发明还公开了种SFC报文转发设备，通过实施上述方案，能够有效的减少SFC中报文的转发次数，缩短报文的转发路径，有效的提高了SFC业务服务的质量。
