The invention relates to the field of medicinal chemistry, and discloses a solid dosage form of a pre-drug derivative containing ubenimex and a preparation method thereof. The solid dosage form of thepre-drug derivative containing ubenimex contains, with the total weight of the solid agent type pre-drug derivative being a reference, 20-80% of a medicinal active component, 10-70% of a filling agent, 0.5-5% of a disintegrating agent and 0.5-5% of a lubricating agent, wherein the medicinal active component is the pre-drug derivative containing ubenimex or a mixture of an optical isomer, diastereoisomer and a racemate of the pre-drug derivative containing ubenimex and pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the pre-drug derivative containing ubenimex.
