Summary:The present invention provides a charge pump circuit including a clock signal generating module, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a charge and discharge control module, and a bias current generating module. The bias current generating module is used for sampling a current on a load and generating a bias current according to the sampled current. The clock signal generating module is used forgenerating a clock signal according to the bias current. The charge and discharge control module is used for controlling one capacitor in the first and second capacitors to charge and the other capacitor to supply power to the load according to the clock signal.
