Summary: | The invention relates to a method for determining a drug in vivo, and in particular relates to a method for determining the content of norfloxacin in plasma. The method comprises the steps of (1) preparation of a standard curve solution, (2) preparation of a plasma sample to be tested, (3) standard curve drawing and (4) detection of the plasma sample to be tested. The detection method provided bythe invention can accurately and quantitatively analyze the content of carboxymethacetin in the human plasma sample, and has the advantages of high sensitivity and low detection limit. The lower limitcan reach 15 ng/mL. The detection method provided by the invention can highly selectively detect a specific ion pair generated by the object to be tested, and the detection is not interfered by othersubstances in the plasma. The detection method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple steps and being fast and accurate, and simply spends 30 minutes to acquire data from sample receiving.
