The present invention relates to an elliptical mould lofting device. The device comprises first and second sliding rails arranged perpendicularly to each other, a first pulley slidingly arranged in the first sliding rail, a second pulley slidingly arranged in the second sliding rail, and a telescopic member connected with the first pulley and the second pulley. The end part of the telescopic member protrudes from the second pulley to form an extension section. The length of the extension section and parts, which are located on the first pulley and the second pulley, of the telescopic member can be adjusted. The first pulley and the second pulley are moved to slide along the corresponding first sliding rail and the second sliding rail. The shape of an ellipse to be drawn is drawn through the end part of the extension section.
