The invention discloses an engine fuel supply advance angle electric control adjustment device. The engine fuel supply advance angle electric control adjustment device is arranged outside a mechanicalfuel injection pump and controlled by an ECU and comprises a transition shaft, a camshaft gear and a control shaft sleeve, the outer connecting circumferential face of the control shaft sleeve and the inner connecting circumferential face of the camshaft gear are connected through a first key transmission pair, the inner connecting circumferential face of the control shaft sleeve and the outer connecting circumferential face of the transition shaft are connected through a second key transmission pair, and the first key transmission pair and/or the second key transmission pair are/is a spiralspline transmission pair; and the ECU collects engine work condition information and queries the marked position, corresponding to the optimal fuel supply advance angle of an engine, of the control shaft sleeve under all work
