The silicon rubber comprises,by weight, 90-110 parts of composite silicon rubber, 25-30 parts of reinforcing agent, 2-2.5 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 1-5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 1-3 parts of long-chain alkyl silicone oil, 0.05-0.15 part of plasticity regulator, 0.1-0.15 part of mold release agent, 1-2 parts of vulcanizing agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of distilled water.
