The invention discloses an assembled waterproof bridge expansion joint structure which is arranged at an expansion joint gap where main beam ends of two bridges are joined, and the waterproof bridge expansion joint structure comprises a rubber layer, toothed comb displacement steel plates and a water guide groove, wherein tops of main beam ends on both sides of the expansion joint gap are formed as notches which are communicated along with the bridge width; steel fiber reinforced concrete is cast to the bottom surfaces of the notches; the toothed comb displacement steel plates are laid and meshed close to the expansion joint gap at beam ends at the top of the steel fiber reinforced concrete; comb tooth ends of the toothed comb displacement steel plates on both sides are arranged in an opposite and staggered insertion manner; the bottoms of the toothed comb displacement steel plates are submerged into the steel fiber reinforced concrete; the top surfaces of the toothed comb displacementsteel plates are paralle
