Summary: | The invention provides a method for producing a high thermal conductivity and high wear refractory material, and the method comprises the steps shown in FIG. 1 : 1) adding one or several high thermalconductive materials to a matrix in a silicon carbide material; 2) adding non-water resin to serve as a binder, mixing, and forming a blank according to the shape demand; 3) at high temperature in a nitriding atmosphere, performing heat preservation firing to form a product; 4) maintaining the high temperature in a sealed atmosphere furnace, and in a high negative pressure environment, siliconingthe product through silicon vapor pair. The product produced by the method has high thermal conductivity, good wear resistance and excellent high temperature performance, and the service life of calciner equipment made prepared by using the product is obviously prolonged.
