The present invention discloses a water-cooled plate. The water-cooled plate comprises a connecting plate (8), a cooling plate (3) and a cooing plate cover (5). The cooling plate (3) is provided witha cooling liquid flow channel (4); heat dissipating fins (7) are arranged in the cooling liquid flow channel (4); the cooling plate cover (5) is arranged on the cooling plate (3); the cooling plate (3) is arranged on the connecting plate (8); the connecting plate (8) is provided with a connecting plate flow channel (1); a connecting plate cover plate (2) is arranged on the connecting plate flow channel (1); the connecting plate cover plate (2) covers on the connecting plate flow channel (1); and the front end of the connecting plate is provided with an inlet pipe joint (9) and an outlet pipe joint (10). The water-cooled plate provided by the present invention has the advantages that the water-cooled plate is modularized, and a plurality of cooling plates can be combined into different sizes of water-cooled plates
