The invention discloses a portable and simple clothes dryer which comprises a clothes dryer body, wherein the clothes dryer body is composed of at least one mesh basket; a fixed shell is arranged above the mesh basket; a fan is arranged on the fixed shell; an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is arranged on the inner side of the fixed shell; fixing rods are arranged at the periphery of the fixed shellfor fixing crisscross fixing bands; hooks are fixed at crisscross positions of the fixing bands; the mesh baskets are independently provided with zippers; the fixing bands are divided into long bandsand short bands; electronic heated apparatuses are separately arranged at the bottoms of the mesh baskets.
