The invention relates to a blue-green light luminophor, an LED (light Emitting Device) and a manufacturing method thereof and relates to the technical field of LEDs. The blue-green luminophor providedby the invention has the expression general formula of MaSibN4-cO4d:Eu2+, where M is an alkali metal, a+4b is greater than or equal to 8 and less than or equal to 40, c is greater than or equal to 0and less than or equal to 4, and d is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 5. According to the LED and the manufacturing method thereof, the method comprises the following steps of S1,preparing a carrier; S2, mounting a blue light emitting diode on the carrier; S3, mixing the blue-green light luminophor and a transparent sealing body to form a mixture; S4, spot-coating the above mixture above the blue light luminophor and in the carrier; and S5, heating and curing the blue light luminophor and the carrier spot-coated with the mixture in the step S3. The blue-green light luminophor provided by the invent
