Summary: | The invention relates to a blue-green light luminophor, an LED (light Emitting Device) and a manufacturing method thereof and relates to the technical field of LEDs. The blue-green luminophor providedby the invention has the expression general formula of MaSibN4-cO4d:Eu2+, where M is an alkali metal, a+4b is greater than or equal to 8 and less than or equal to 40, c is greater than or equal to 0and less than or equal to 4, and d is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 5.
