The invention discloses a damper system for a tidal energy generator unit and a unit with the same, and belongs to the field of tidal energy units. The damper system is arranged on the lower part of anacelle of the tidal energy generator unit, and comprises a damper body, a barrel-shaped metal part and at least three rigid connecting beams, wherein one end of each rigid connecting beam is connected to the inner side wall of the metal-shaped part; the other end of each rigid connecting beam is connected to the damper body, so that the damper body is suspended at a center line of an inner cavity of the barrel-shaped metal part; and an opening of the barrel-shaped metal part is provided with a connecting flange used for connecting to the nacelle. The damper system is arranged on the lower part of the nacelle, so that the dynamic characteristics of the unit are changed relatively easily without adjusting the unit design, and without increasing the cost; and the damper system has a simplestructure while the weight
