The invention discloses marine waterborne coating with smooth surface, which is made from, by weight, 140-160 parts of a main material, 1.4-2.2 parts of aminoethylpiperazine, 35-45 parts of a fillingenhancer, 1-2 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of inositol hexaphosphate, 4-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6-1.2 parts of a film-forming aid, 0.4-1 part of an antibacterial agent, 1.4-1.8 parts of a dispersant, 0.8-1.6 parts of an anti-mildew agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, and 0.6-1.2 parts of a wetting agent. The filling enhancer includes alumina composite, calcined kaolin, Maifan stonepowder, wollastonite powder, and aluminum silicate.
