The invention discloses an offline storage method and device for electronic invoices, and the method comprises the steps of dividing the received electronic invoices into at least one group when receiving an electronic invoice storage instruction; for any group of electronic invoices, determining a current offline storage block of an offline storage block chain corresponding to the group of electronic invoices; creating an offline storage block according to the group of electronic invoices and the current offline storage block; and linking the offline storage block to the current offline storage block, and taking the offline storage block as a new current offline storage block.
