The invention discloses a horizontal bearing wheel test bed. The horizontal bearing wheel test bed comprises a driving unit used for driving a bearing wheel to rotate, a first fixing unit used for fixing the bearing wheel and a first loading unit used for providing a load for the bearing wheel; the first fixing unit movably installed on an axial sliding rail comprises a door bridge frame and a slider base used for installing the bearing wheel, and the slider base is movably installed on a radial sliding rail arranged on the inner wall of the door bridge frame; the first loading unit and the first fixing unit are respectively independently installed on a platform plate; the first loading unit comprises a first axial thrust mechanism and a first radial thrust mechanism; and the first axial thrust mechanism pushes the door bridge frame to provide an axial load for the bearing wheel, and the first radial thrust mechanism pushes the slider base to provide a radial load for the bearing wheel. The horizontal bearing
