The method comprises the following steps: feeding waste glass, gravel, hydrogenated rosin glyceride, lithothamnium pacificus and borax into a pulverizer for crushing, and carrying out sieving by a sieve of 40-80 meshes; mixing the crushed waste glass, gravel, lithothamnium pacificus and borax with calcium carbonate, coal ash, gypsum and melamine, and carrying out freeze drying and crushing; then adding a phosphate and water, and carrying out stirring for 60-80 minutes at a speed of 1800-2000r/min; and putting the obtained material into a mold, carrying out pressing molding, and carrying out calcining. According to the invention, a mode of freeze drying and re-crushing is adopted, so thatthe sound absorption and noise reduction capability of the brick is improved.
