The car code-scanning massage seat includes a car seat, a code-scanning payment system, a microprocessor and a control bus. The car seat includes a seat cushion, a backrest and a headrest. The car seat is provided with a plurality of massage units which are uniformly distributed onthe seat cushion, the backrest and the headrest of the car seat at equal intervals. Each of the massage units is electrically connected to the microprocessor through the control bus. The microprocessor is connected to the code-scanning payment system via the control bus. The car code-scanning massage seat is simple in structure and easy to operate. A passenger can obtain services by scanning the code with a mobile phone ac
