Summary:The invention discloses an all-weather unmanned mobile reconnaissance device applied to border defense and a control method thereof. The device adopts a crawler walking mechanism to automatically walkaround the weather according to a patrol route; a camera vision target recognition device takes photos and performs record of the surrounding environment in real time; a central control processor determines whether there is a suspicious target or not, if so, the distance and angle of the millimeter wave radar is controlled to search for the suspicious target, and a servo drive circuit is controlled to drive the rotation mechanism and a pitching mechanism to regulate an angle to allow an early warning device to aim at the suspicious target and to emit alarm signals to achieve real-time location early warning. The all-weather unmanned mobile reconnaissance device applied to the border defense and the control method thereof are applied for placing of the Chinese borders, and construct a network safety patrol system
