The invention discloses a wetting device for cotton textile. The wetting device for cotton textile comprises a device main body; a sliding door is movably arranged on the side surface of the device main body; an observation window is inlaid at the middle position of the sliding door; a port is formed at the middle position of the upper end face of the device main body; and the internal part of thedevice main body upwards passes through the port to be movably provided with the rotating rod. The wetting device for cotton textile is provided with an atomizing chamber, an air compressor, an atomizing pipe, the rotating rod and a cotton basket, enables the water to be atomized by an air injection mode and to be finer, can master the injected water wet degree effectively and reasonably and canprevent excessive wetting; meanwhile, atomization enables the water injection range to be enlarged, the contact area with cotton is larger and the wetting effect is more ideal; and the rotating rod drives to enable the cotton
