Summary: | The invention discloses a hydrophobic nanogel and a preparation method thereof. The hydrophobic nanogel adopts polyglycidyl methacrylate as a framework, has a particle size of 10-250 nm, a Zeta potential of -40 to -50 mV and a dispersion index of 0.1-0.2, and has a structure containing a hydrophobic glyceride group and a highly-active epoxy group structure, represented by formula (I), and each ofm and n in the formula (I) is an integer greater than zero. The novel hydrophobic nanogel has the dual characteristics of a hydrogel and a nanomaterial, has the advantages of small size, stable dispersion, uniform distribution and large specific surface area, and can be combined with other biochemical separation media to increase internal adsorption sites in the media in order to increase the adsorption amount; and the polyglycidyl methacrylate and other polymer materials with good biocompatibility are used, so the nanogel is highly safe.
