The invention discloses an oil well cement stirring method in oil exploitation. A placing plate moves up and down in a moving plate, when the placing plate moves to the lower end, a first groove is incontact with the inner bottom of a second groove, and when the placing plate moves to the upper end, a first circular through groove corresponds to a second circular through groove; during stirring,the first groove is located above the second groove, the first circular through groove corresponds to the second circular through groove and is fixedly connected with the second circular through groove through a threaded rod; and during separation, the placing plate moves downwards in the moving plate, and the first groove is in contact with the inner bottom of the second groove. A device is simple in structure and convenient to operate and use. 本发明公开了石油开采中的油井水泥搅拌方法，放置板在移动板内上下移动，并且移动到下端时，第凹槽与第二凹槽的内底部相接触，移动到上端时，第圆形通槽和第二圆形通槽相对应；搅拌时，第凹槽位于第二凹槽上方，第圆形通槽和第二圆形通槽相对应通过螺纹杆固定连接；分离时，放置板在移动板内向下移动，第凹槽与第二凹槽内底部相接触。本装置结构简单，便于操作使用。
