Abstract The invention discloses coprinus comatus health noodles. The noodles are prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of flour, 20-30 parts of buckwheat flour, 10-15 parts of oat flour, 10-15 parts of dried coprinus comatus powder, 10-15 parts of yam powder, 10-15 parts of mixed vegetable juice (by the weight of fresh mulberry juice) and 4-6 parts of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. The preparation method of the noodles comprises the following steps: grinding the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, extracting with water to obtain extract, and mixingwater, extract and mixed vegetable juice in proportion to obtain a mixed liquid; and mixing with other powdered substances, and preparing noodles by a conventional method.
