The invention provides an electrolyte-resisting aluminum-plastic film and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum-plastic film comprises an aluminum foil layer, an electrolyte-resisting layer, a heat sealing layer and a protecting layer, wherein the electrolyte-resisting layer is formed on a first surface of the aluminum foil layer; the heat sealing layer is combined to the surface of the electrolyte-resisting layer through a first adhesive layer; and the protecting layer is combined to the second surface of the aluminum foil layer through a second adhesive layer. In the aluminum-plastic film, after a coating adhesive layer which resists electrolyte is added on the inner side of the aluminum foil layer, the aluminum foil layer is combined to the heat sealing layer (casting polypropylene), the electrolyte resistance of the aluminum-plastic film is improved, the compounding force between the aluminum foil layer and the heat sealing layer in the aluminum-plastic film is large, and thesafety of a soft packed l
