The invention provides a jet extractor. The jet extractor comprises a clamping plate and a central supporting rod, wherein a bent air tube is arranged at the top end of a jet bottle in an inserted manner; the other end of the air tube is connected with a miniature vacuum pump in an inserted manner; two limiting rods are symmetrically arranged at the top end of the side wall of the periphery of thejet bottle in a supporting manner; a square limiting plate is connected and fixed to the tail end of each limiting rod; a handle is arranged on the outer wall of the periphery of a sample storage cupin a supporting manner; the vertex of a water gather hemisphere of the bottom of the handle communicates with a water outlet tube in a suspended manner; and the water outlet tube is provided with a water draining valve.
