The method includes steps: performing ultrasonic-assisted extraction of cedrela sinensis in ethyl alcohol to obtain cedrela sinensis extract mixed liquid; volatilizing the cedrela sinensis extract mixed liquid until the ethyl alcohol smell disappears, centrifuging, and taking precipitate to obtain a crude product of cedrela sinensis extract; preparing the crude product of cedrela sinensis extract into cedrela sinensis crude extract diluted liquid by water; subjecting the cedrela sinensis crude extract diluted liquid to a macroporous resin column; washing the macroporous resin column with distilled water until liquid flowing out is colorless; adopting ethyl alcohol for eluting the macroporous resin column until liquid flowing out is colorless, and collecting elution liquid; volatilizing the elution liquid until the ethyl alcohol smell disappears, so that a pure product of cedrela sinensis extract is obtained; subjecting the pure product of
