Summary: | The invention provides an ultra-soft high-temperature resistant modified PVC flame-retardant environment-friendly road vehicle high-voltage cable and a preparation method. The cable is composed of aninternal conductor and an insulation layer sequentially; the insulation layer is an irradiation crosslinking-free modified PVC-TPE copolymer of which the shore hardness is 65A; the insulation layer ismixed and extruded by an extruder; the insulation layer is firmly attached out of the internal conductor; the cable that is extruded and sized is not subject to the irradiation crosslinking of an electron accelerator, and an outer diameter of the cable is 2.40-19.70 mm. The cable provided by the invention has good softness, bending resistance, high temperature resistance, high voltage resistance,flame retardance, environment protection, low cost and simple process, and can completely replace an irradiation crosslinking similar product.
