Summary: | The invention discloses a near infrared detection method for procyanidine content of grape pips and belongs to the field of a detection method. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating grape pip samples; measuring the procyanidine content of the grape pip samples by a hydrochloric acid-normal butanol method; scanning by a near infrared spectroscopy to acquire spectroscopic data of thegrape pip samples; establishing a near infrared spectral model of the procyanidine content by combining a spectroscopic data pretreatment method with a stoichiometric modeling method; and taking theto-be-measured grape pip samples, acquiring spectral information data of the to-be-measured grape pip samples and substituting into the near infrared spectral model to acquire the procyanidine contentof the grape pip samples.
