The stable type electrode holder comprises two chuck main bodies, the chuck mainbodies are in the form of an arc structure, one end of each chuck main body is provided with a rotary connector, a rotation shaft is arranged in the rotary connector, and one end of one of the two chuck main bodies is rotationally connected with one end of the other one of the two chuck main bodies; the other end of the chuck main body stretches out and forms a lug, a threaded hole is arranged onthe lug, a double-thread screw is arranged between the two lugs, two segments of threads in reverse screwing directions are arranged on the double-thread screw, the two segments of threads are respectively in threaded connection with the threaded holes on the two lugs, a spanner clamping base is fixed at a middle part of the double-thread screw, and two ends of the double-thread screw both are provided with a stop collar.
