The device comprises a driving system, a spring, gears, a needle body, a needle tip, a limiter and a supporting seat; the driving system is connected with the gears, and provides power for the gears; one end of the spring is connected with one end of the needle body, and the other end of the needle body is connected with the needle tip; the limiter is arranged between the needle body and the needle tip; the needle tip penetrates out of the limiter and is used for punching a cable; the gears are arranged on the two sides ofthe needle body, and drive the needle body to move up and down; and the supporting seat is arranged under the needle tip.
