The embodiment of the invention provides a method, heat exchange tube spacing mechanism and system for bending a heat exchanger. The method includes the steps that the heat exchanger to be bent is provided, the heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchange tubes and a bending section extending in the lateral direction crossing with the axial direction of the heat exchange tubes, and a space is limited between the heat exchange tubes and the bending section; spacing pieces are inserted into the space limited between the heat exchange tubes; the portions, on bending section, of the heatexchange tubes are twisted together with the spacing pieces; bending force is applied to the portions of two sides of the bending section of the heat exchanger so that the twisted portions on the bending section of the heat exchange tubes and the spacing pieces can be bent together until a first predetermined angle is formed between the portions of the two sides of the bending section; and the spacing pieces are taken out
