A mobile power grid operation patrol inspection system comprises an intelligent patrol inspection device, a patrol base server, a patrol inspection monitoring center and a mobile terminal. The intelligent patrol inspection device is provided with an image acquisition module, an infrared imager, a central processing module, a data storage module, an emergency communication module and a wireless communication module.
