After an animal is immunized by the prepared low virulent strain, a very good protecting effect can be provided for the current pandemic gene VII Newcastle disease virus, and meanwhile, prevention and control can be provided for the attack of the avian influenza virus H9N2. 本发明的目的是提供种插入H7N9的HA蛋白的新城疫病毒重组疫苗株,本发明通过对H7N9病毒HA蛋白的编码基因进行序列优化,解决了表达禽流感H7N9病毒HA蛋白的重组毒表达效率较低,诱导的抗体水平不高,免疫原性不理想的问题。制备的弱毒株免疫动物后均可以对当前流行的基因VII新城疫病毒提供良好的保护作用,同时可以提供对H9N2禽流感病毒侵害的防控。
