The method comprises receiving a prompt voice input by a user; determining the state information of a water dispenser corresponding to the current prompt voice to be modified; and generating a matching relationship between the prompt voice input by the user and the state information in order to give a voice prompt based on the prompt voice input by the user when the operating state of the water dispenser is the state information again.
