The invention provides a glass bulb lamp with an inner protective cover. The glass bulb lamp with the inner protective cover comprises a glass bulb shell, a heat radiator, a lamp cap, a light source plate, a driving circuit and the inner protective cover. The light source plate is installed at the upper end of the heat radiator in the axial direction, and a driving assembly is arranged in the heatradiator and is electrically connected with the light source plate; the lamp cap is installed at the lower end of the heat radiator in the axial direction; the inner protective cover is installed atthe upper end of the heat radiator in the axial direction, and the light source plate is integrally accommodated in the inner protective cover; and the heat radiator and the inner protective cover form a clamping space extending in the circumferential direction, an opening is formed in the glass bulb shell, and the heat radiator extends into the opening along the upper end in the axial direction,so that the glass bulb shel
