The invention discloses a device for producing isoquinoline and dredging a steam pipeline. An extending hole is formed in the bottom end of a sleeve, a heavy hammer is slidably arranged in the sleeve,a pull rod is fixed at the top end of the heavy hammer, the pull rod is inserted into a sliding rod, the sliding rod is inserted into the sleeve, a baffle is fixed at the bottom end of the sliding rod, and a spring is arranged between the baffle and the heavy hammer. A mounting rod is fixed at the top end of the sliding rod, a clamping sleeve is fixed at the bottom end of the mounting rod, a stirring pin installation groove is formed in the clamping sleeve, and a stirring pin is inserted into the stirring pin installation groove. A second compression spring is arranged between the left side wall of the stirring pin and the left side wall of the stirring pin installation groove. The end, close to the second compression spring, of the stirring pin is connected with an unlocking pull rope, and the other end of the u
