Summary:The invention belongs to the tire production field in the chemical industry, in particular to a tire angle property detection method based on point cloud data, which comprises the following steps: 1)scanning a tire to be detected in a production line by using a three-dimensional point cloud laser imaging device; 2) positioning the tire angle position through an image processing method according to the collected tire point cloud data; 3) judging the tire angle property by calculating the main direction curvature of the tire angle position according to the scanned tire point cloud data. The invention solves the problems of low identification accuracy and large error of the tire angle property in the prior art, greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the detection efficiency. 本发明属于化工行业中轮胎生产领域,具体涉及种基于点云数据的轮胎胎角性质检测方法,步骤如下:1)利用三维点云激光成像设备扫描生产线中待检测的轮胎;2)根据采集的轮胎点云数据通过图像处理方法定位轮胎胎角位置;3)根据扫描的轮胎点云数据通过计算轮胎胎角位置的主方向曲率判定轮胎胎角性质。本发明解决了现有技术中轮胎胎角性质判别准确度低、误差大的问题,大大降低了劳动强度,提高了检测效率。
