Highly substituted carboxymethyl sulfoethyl cellulose ethers a process for their production and their use in textile printing inks
Carboxymethylsulphoethylcellulose with a degree of substitution of 1.4 to 2.2 is prepared in a two-stage process. After the first stage, the product is milled to a powder which has a grading limit of 100% </= 2.0 mm. This mixed cellulose ether is used as thickener in textile printing.
