The heat treatment method comprises the following steps that firstly, solution treatment is conducted, heat preservation is conducted for 2 h-4 h under the vacuum environment where the pressureintensity is not larger than 10<-3>Pa and the condition that the temperature is 1,050 DEG C-1,130 DEG C, back filling of argon is conducted, and cooling is conducted; secondly, cold treatment is conducted, heat preservation is conducted for 2 h+/-30 min at the temperature ranging from -70 DEG C to -80 DEG C, and the room temperature is recovered in air; and thirdly, tempering treatment is conducted, the temperature ranges from 250 DEG C to 320 DEG C, heat preservation is conducted for 3 h-6 h, and air cooling is conducted.
