The method comprises the steps that 80-120 by weight parts of purified water is added into a reaction tank, wherein the reaction tank is provided with a heating device and a stirring device; the heating device is started to heat the reaction tank to 40-60 DEG C, and 2-6 byweight parts of chitosan is added into the reaction tank; the stirring device of the reaction tank is started, and 2-4 by weight parts of glacial acetic acid solution is added into the reaction tank during stirring. The spraying liquid fully utilizes the good film forming property of the chitosan, a protective film is formed on the surface of each fruit after spraying, and traditional paper fruitbagging is replaced.
