The invention provides an automatic reciprocating air cylinder and an automatic reciprocating air cylinder system, and relates to the technical field of air cylinders. The automatic reciprocating aircylinder comprises a cylinder body, a piston head and a piston rod; the piston head is arranged in the cylinder body; the piston rod extends into the cylinder body and is fixedly connected to the piston head; the piston head reciprocates in the cylinder body and divides the cylinder body into an elastic cavity and an inflation cavity which are isolated from each other; the elastic cavity is isolated from the outside and is filled with air to prevent the piston head to move in the direction of compressing the elastic cavity; and one end of the cylinder body is provided with a first air inlet which communicates with the inflation cavity. Compared with the prior art, the automatic reciprocation air cylinder has the advantages that an automatic reciprocation function can be realized; the structure is simple; machining
