The invention provides a compressor shell structure and a compressor provided with the same. The compressor shell structure comprises a lower shell and a heat dissipating portion, wherein the bottom of the lower shell is provided with a protruding bag protruding out of the outer side, the protruding bag forms an oil collecting groove of the lower shell, the heat dissipating portion is connected with the outer surface of the lower shell, and at least one part of the heat dissipating portion is connected with the protruding bag so as to lower the temperature of an oil body in the oil collectinggroove. Due to the fact that the heat dissipating portion is connected with the protruding bag, the high-temperature oil body in an oil pool formed by the protruding bag can transfer heat to the heatdissipating portion through the lower shell, the oil body of the heat dissipating portion can be cooled in time, it is ensured that the temperature of the oil body is always within the temperature range suitable for lubricatin
