The invention relates to a compression molding device for manufacturing a composite frame structure, a composite frame structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The compression molding device comprises a molding die, wherein the molding die comprises a lower die and an upper die. The lower die consists of a lower die plate, a side face die plate, and a die cavity defined by the lower die plate and the side face die plate. A plurality of lugs are formed into an integrated body on the lower die plate and arranged inside the die cavity. The shape of the die cavity is fit with the shape of the composite frame structure to be made according to the cooperation of the lower die, the upper die and the plurality of lugs.
