The invention provides a composite plant protein beverage. The composite plant protein beverage is prepared from, by weight, 10-25 parts of pine nut protein, 6-8 parts of lettuce protein, 0.2-0.3 partof a buffer agent, 0.5-1 part of an emulsification agent, 3-5 parts of a sweetening agent, 1-2 parts of kelp extract and 70-80 parts of water. The invention further provides a preparation method of the composite plant protein beverage.
