The invention discloses a low-foam oil-displacing type rinsing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The low-foam oil-displacing type rinsing agent comprises the following components: an emulsifier, a stabilizer, a nonionic surfactant, a foam inhibitor, a thickening agent and water. The low-foam oil-displacing type rinsing agent disclosed by the invention is good in compatibility with sealing liquid and cement paste, high in cleaning efficiency on oil-based mud, and capable of improving the annular displacement efficiency; meanwhile, a cement paste sealing environmentis improved, an annular oil wet environment is changed to a water wet environment, and the improvements on cementing quality of the cement sheath and two interfaces are facilitated, and the cement sealing quality is improved. 本发明是关于种低泡驱油型冲洗剂及其制备方法和应用，所述低泡驱油型冲洗剂的组分包括乳化剂、稳定剂、非离子表面活性剂、抑泡剂、增稠剂以及水。本发明提供的低泡驱油型冲洗剂与隔离液和水泥浆配伍性良好，对油基泥浆清洗效率高，提高环空顶替效率；同时改善水泥浆封固环境，将环空"油湿"环境转变成"水湿"环境，有利于提高水泥环与二界面的胶结质量，提高水泥封固质量。
