The invention discloses a broken line repair method, a substrate and a display device, and belongs to the field of displays. The method comprises the following steps of forming a conductive polymer precursor thin film in a broken line area of a conductive line, wherein the broken line area comprises at least one pair of conductive points, each pair of conductive points comprises two conductive points which are disconnected from each other, and the conductive polymer precursor thin film is in contact with the at least one pair of the conductive points; and carrying out illumination treatment onthe conductive polymer precursor thin film to enable the conductive polymer precursor thin film between each pair of the conductive points to be subjected to photopolymerization, thereby forming a conductive polymer.
