Titanium oxide is added in the process of forming an alumina skeleton structure, so that titanium oxide can be fully doped in the alumina skeleton, and thus the acid structure of alumina is effectively adjusted, the formation of carbon deposition is restrained, and good high temperature stability is achieved. 本发明涉及种具有高抗积碳性的丙烷脱氢制丙烯的催化剂,该催化剂以氧化铬为活性组分,以碱金属氧化物、碱土金属氧化物和第四副族金属氧化物为助剂,其特征在于:以氧化钛掺杂规整介孔氧化铝作为载体负载活性组分及助剂。本发明在形成氧化铝骨架结构的过程中加入氧化钛,可使氧化钛充分掺杂在氧化铝骨架中,从而有效调整氧化铝的酸结构,抑制了积碳的生成,具有良好的高温稳定性。
